First, Amy is a superb, professional Realtor. We purchased our apt condo in 2008 then extensively renovated the corner unit which had a wonderful lake view. Subsequently, sales in the complex had a history of low selling prices. We finally decided to bite the bullet and approached several Realtors. None would take the listing at our price except Amy. Nine months ago we were looking for a condo in Kelowna that we could call home. As we were from out of province we had just a week’s vacation to try and find something.
