Gayle was born in Canada and raised in Scotland. After extensive research, Gayle decided to relocate to Kelowna in 2001 with her family, husband Gary and two children, Chloe and Gary.
Before moving into real estate, Gayle established a successful career in the service industry with a global corporation renowned for its management training. Gayle has been recognized on the local and national stage for consistently delivering high level results in her local marketplace and area of expertise.
Gayle has always had a keen interest in real estate, originally sparked after buying her first home in Edinburgh when she was just 18. She decided to professionally pursue a career in real estate after building her family home on Dilworth Mountain. Gayle and her husband, Gary, who has a long established successful decorating business, have a number of investment properties and are keen observers of the trends and changes in the local marketplace.
The rest is history. Gayle started her real estate business in 2015 and has built a strong reputation based on her work ethic, deep knowledge of the market, and the personal connections she forms with her clients. “Real estate is based on your trust, integrity, market knowledge, communication and understanding what your clients really want. My continued success comes from the commitment I put into constantly elevating my knowledge and always finding solutions versus excuses to ensure all my clients' expectations are fulfilled. In addition that year, Gayle received the Award of Excellence. Gayle continues to excel by education, recently attaining her MCNE, Masters Certificate Negotiation Expert, putting her in the Top 1% of Realtors.
