~ About Suzette ~
After years of vacationing in the Okanagan, Suzette's mother took her then 4-year-old daughter and left the cold Alberta winters behind, relocating to where they both loved to visit during the summer months. Her mother always enforced the importance of giving back to your community. Which led to many years of volunteering with organizations like Inn from the Cold and the Salvation Army. In addition, she donates blood through Canadian Blood Services.
Fast forward 35 years and Suzette is still living in Kelowna, with her husband and three children. Her mother lives close by.
Suzette established a successful career in the service industry with a global corporation renowned for its management training. After leaving the service industry to start a family, she worked in the financial industry for seven years. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Suzette left that industry and began working in real estate as an assistant to Gayle Hunter.
Suzette has always had a passion for Real Estate, originally sparked after buying her first home in Kelowna at 24 years of age. Suzette met her husband a short while later and they began their real estate investment journey of buying and selling together. The couple have bought and sold many properties over the years. They put their own ideas and sweat-equity into their various projects, and still remain keen observers of the trends and changes in the local marketplace.
After achieving her Real Estate license, Suzette realized she would thrive most in a team environment. Working with Gayle Hunter previously for twelve years in the service industry had led to a great friendship and mutual respect. With Gayle's continued success in Real Estate, forming a partnership and being mentored with Gayle Hunter & Associates just made sense - Suzette was the very first to join the new team and is looking forward to growing their business together alongside Amy Zimmer.
Suzette prides herself on providing the highest level of service at all times and establishes strong, rewarding relationships with her clients, partners and colleagues. With her experience in customer service, her personal journey in Real Estate, and her passion to help people, Suzette looks forward to sharing her experience and expertise with you.
